Who can apply?
- Successful candidates are likely to have around five years or more experience in the financial services industry, or another relevant area and have been on a career break for two or more years
- An interest in returning to the workforce full-time
- Business level English language proficiency preferred. Fluency not required but must be comfortable communicating in English

About Return to Work Program

We see great potential for professionals who have taken a career break and are now looking to re-engage and return to permanent employment. Morgan Stanley’s Return to Work program is an opportunity for you to re-engage. During the paid internship, participants are placed in businesses that complement their skills and experience. Upon completion of the program, participants may receive an offer of employment.
