Morgan Stanley supports working families through various programs aimed to improve access to information and services. Additionally, as a part of the Japanese government’s Act for Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation, Morgan Stanley has developed a plan in order to provide an attractive workplace where employees can perform to their best abilities as well as attend to their personal and family commitments.
