Warning about Fraudulent Solicitations Misusing Morgan Stanley Corporate Materials

We have received a report concerning fraudulent solicitations from a certain business concern totally unrelated to our subsidiary Morgan Stanley MUFG Securities Co., Ltd., in which it unlawfully and without our approval altered our company profile including our corporate directors as if it was their company profile, and mailed this false information to its potential clients. Our Firm has nothing whatsoever to do with said company nor to its fraudulent solicitations.
