Morgan Stanley supports working families through various programs aimed to improve access to information and services. Additionally, as a part of the Japanese government’s Act for Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation, Morgan Stanley has developed a plan in order to provide an attractive workplace where employees can perform to their best abilities as well as attend to their personal and family commitments.

  2. Proactively inform and encourage male employees to take advantage of our paternity leave program
  3. Encourage usage of Annual Vacation Program to ensure employees “rest and recharge” and maintain good health
